Getting your expertise used, part 2: Contracting - Online
Held in collaboration with the Concordia Institute of Aerospace Design and Innovation (CIADI)
In this follow-up to Part 1, we will dig into the first phase of project management to explore, practice, and get feedback on our contracting skills. In this session, you will learn about and practice the essential elements of the contracting phase in order to ensure you and your peers, teammates, bosses and clients are all completely on the same page before you embark on a new project.
