Chief of the Assembly of First Nations Quebec-Labrador Ghislain Picard and former Member of the National Assembly Geoff Kelley are Concordia’s new experts-in-residence. Through their vast experience on Indigenous issues, they will be able to provide invaluable insight for students and the Concordia community. 

The Office of Indigenous Directions and the Office of the President and Vice-Chancellor have organized a conversation between Concordia President Graham Carr and Ghislain Picard and Geoff Kelley. This event will be an opportunity for the two new experts-in-residence to sit down and introduce themselves to the university.
