In recognition of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation (September 30), the Office of Indigenous Directions invites the university community to participate in a day of reflection and learning.

Join us for a conversation looking at the final report and Concordia and the legacy of Residential Schools. Speakers Colby Gaudet and Peter Gossage will address the ongoing impact of these troubling legacies, especially given the presence on campus of buildings and histories connected to these institutions, drawing on the findings of the report situating Concordia's past within the wider context of colonialism and Indigenous experiences.

The report will be available for download on September 30th, 2026.

How can you participate? Join us in person or online by registering for the Zoom Meeting or watching live on YouTube.
