Ndombolo is both a dance and a musical genre derived from Congolese rumba and soukous, which was popularized during the 1990. In this workshop facilitated by Uplift514, we will work and learn the origines, dance steps, rhythm, cardio and technique, but most importantly, we will cultivate an amazing vibe that brings us all together. Uplift style! LET'S GET IT !!!!
