Join co-founder of the headhunting firm Pronexia and Concordia lecturer Marina Byezhanova to discover what job recruiters are looking for when hiring new employees in a post-pandemic world

An entrepreneur since the age of 28, Marina is at heart a headhunter and recruiter. She brings an understanding and appreciation for top job candidates from her extensive work with Pronexia which she founded with her business partner Moranne Elarar.

She has been featured in Inc.com, Forbes.com, Yahoo News, Financial Post, Fast Company and Success Magazine. She has spoken to audiences of entrepreneurs and business professionals around the world and teaches at Concordia on the topic of ROI of Social Media (with focus on personal brand building).

Her core areas of expertise and interest are:

  • Helping companies build internal programs employer branding, recruitment training, leadership, D&I
