The Student Advocacy Office is a support service designed for students to learn about their rights and receive support related to academic and non-academic related issues. Advocates typically help students navigate matters pertaining to the Academic Code of Conduct and the Code of Rights and Responsibilities. Advocates also support students with requests such as readmission, late withdrawals, issues and conflicts with professors, supervisors, and other students. The Student Advocacy Office connects students with the appropriate resources related to their needs. Overall, The Student Advocacy Office is a place for students to know that they have support navigating challenging issues that have impeded on their university experience.
