Are you grappling with the overwhelming emotions that climate change brings? Join us for our bi-weekly Eco-Anxiety / Climate Grief Support Group, a welcoming and inclusive space where all students and Concordia community members can come together to share their thoughts and feelings about the climate crisis.

In this peer support group, we invite you to bring your deepest concerns, anxieties, and grief surrounding climate change. It's a cozy space where you can express yourself openly and honestly, without judgment. Some groups will resemble a discussion-based environment, and other times we'll invite a guest speaker or schedule an activity.

Our goal is to foster a sense of hope and empowerment without resorting to toxic positivity. We believe that by acknowledging our shared anxieties and working together, we can take meaningful action towards a more sustainable future.

This support group will meet in-person and bi-weekly all semester at Le Frigo Vert (1440 Mackay Street). Join us and be part of a supportive community that understands your concerns and is dedicated to creating positive change. Together, we can transform eco-anxiety into eco-action.
