Based on her phenomenological inquiry into women engineers’ experience of suffering in the workplace, Ann-Louise will present and encourage discussion on the process she used in her doctoral research to build on her findings and develop provocative insights into the hidden, gender-exclusive dynamics of engineering.

The Brown Bag Lunch Research Series 2022-2023 is offered by the Department of Applied Human Sciences.

These sessions are opportunities for faculty researchers to discuss an issue, topic or area on which they are working. At each session there will be plenty of time for questions and discussion.
