Deadlines for final exam accommodations
To access final exam accommodations, you much submit all required documentation to acsd.intake@concordia.ca by the following deadlines. Changes to exam accommodations will not be possible after these dates.
- Summer 1: May 29, 2026
- Summer 2: July 24, 2026
After you submit your documents, you'll meet with an ACSD advisor to set up your accommodation plan.
Online drop-ins with ACSD advisors
Drop in online for a 10-minute session to ask our ACSD advisors a question or learn about resources.
After joining the meeting by clicking on a Zoom link below, you’ll be placed in a queue. The advisor will meet with one student at a time, and will message you if there's a wait.
Drop-in schedule
- Mondays: 1 – 2 p.m.
- Tuesdays: 10:30 – 11:30 a.m.
- Wednesdays: 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Note: An ACSD advisor will be available online at the Student Service Station.- Register in advance to find a date that fits your schedule

- Thursdays: 3 – 4 p.m.
If you can’t make it to a drop-in session, email acsdinfo@concordia.ca with your full name, student ID and question. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.
