Though we monitor our mailboxes on a regular basis and try to respond as quickly as possible, with the increase in email flow, in order not to miss anything, the Department has set up a new procedure for our students to be served on a more effective basis. In order to obtain help, please do not write the staff directly but first open a help request ticket, which will be assigned to the appropriate assistant/advisor.
