VPN update: A more reliable, faster user experience is being rolled out
We are introducing an update to the VPN designed to provide a smoother and more reliable connection experience for Concordians who need to connect remotely to specific networks, devices, or software. It is designed to provide a smoother, more reliable remote connection experience.
This change responds directly to feedback we’ve received about the current VPN. The new service was tested by a pilot group, and participants reported a high level of satisfaction with its performance and ease of use.
The transition to the improved VPN will begin gradually. Each VPN user will receive an email with instructions when it is time for them to begin using the new service. VPN users are asked to follow the instructions to connect to the new VPN. The setup takes only a few minutes and will help ensure a faster, more stable connection. After making the switch, you will be able to connect to the VPN in the same way as you always have.
