Phone Maintenance: December 10
Phone maintenance is scheduled for Friday, December 10, 2021 between 2:00am and 8:00am.
During the maintenance period:
• There will be no service interruption to calls already in progress, however some phone screens will flash during a re-registration process.
• The Phone Configuration webpage (Cisco Unified Communications Self Care Portal) within MyConcordia portal => Accounts and Settings will not be accessible.
• Limited civic address and room location information will be relayed to the 911 operator when users place a 911 emergency call.
