External Emails Disruption: Nov. 20 - resolved

UPDATE: The service is back to normal.

As of 11:00 p.m. Nov. 20:  Emails from external accounts is currently disrupted. We are investigating and working quickly to resolve the issue. We will be updating this information as we know more.

For further assistance, contact the IT Service Desk at 514-848-2424 ext. 7613 between 8:00am and 11:00pm on weekdays and between 9:00am and 4:30pm on weekends.
