This interactive workshop is designed to help you develop the clarity, confidence and courage needed to speak effectively in any setting—from one-on-one interviews to large auditorium speeches, and everything in between. More than just a call to speak up, this experience offers a mindset transformation that empowers you to overcome fear and anxiety, own your voice and communicate with authenticity and boldness. Through practical activities, real-time speaking exercises and mindset re-framing, you’ll learn how to shift from self-doubt to self-expression—and speak with power, presence and purpose in any audience.

You will learn to:

  • Identify and reframe limiting beliefs and fears associated with public speaking.
  • Embrace a confident, audience-focused mindset for clear and compelling communication.
  • Apply techniques to manage anxiety and use nervous energy to your advantage.
  • Understand the power of vulnerability and authenticity.
  • Apply strategies to help you connect with audiences of all sizes.

Facilitator: Rosalia Felice, Communications Specialist, Learning & Development Professional, Public Speaking Champion & Career Strategist
