Speaking in front of others can be intimidating. But it doesn't have to be! This experiential workshop is designed to help you understand and manage the fear that often accompanies public speaking. Prepare with purpose, regulate your nerves in the moment and begin speaking with greater calm, whether in front of a crowd or around a table.

Learn to:

  • Understand common emotional and psychological roots of public speaking anxiety,
  • identify personal triggers and underlying beliefs that contribute to speaking fear,
  • apply simple techniques to stay present and centered while speaking,
  • reframe negative self-talk into empowering supportive self-talk,
  • practice breathing, grounding and mindfulness techniques to manage anxiety in the moment,
  • deliver short speaking exercises in a low-stakes environment to build confidence,
