Prestigious awards information session

Join the Student Success Centre to learn more about some of the world’s most prestigious graduate scholarships:

• McCall MacBain Scholarship at McGill University
• Rhodes Scholarship at the University of Oxford
• Schwarzman Scholars program at Tsinghua University
• Gates Cambridge Scholarship at the University of Cambridge

These fully funded opportunities support students who demonstrate strong academics, leadership, community engagement and a commitment to making a positive impact in the world. Application cycles for several of these scholarships begin in June, with deadlines in the fall for studies beginning in 2027.

In this session, we’ll cover:

• An overview of the scholarships and what they offer
• Who is eligible and what makes a strong candidate
• Application timelines and how to get started
• Tips for preparing a strong application
• How the Student Success Centre can support you through the process

These sessions are ideal for undergraduate students with strong academic standing who are involved in leadership, volunteering, mentoring, research, advocacy, or other extracurricular activities, and who are considering graduate study in Canada or abroad.
