In this interactive workshop led by a Career Counsellor, you’ll learn practical strategies to manage stress more effectively and build resilience during busy and uncertain times. The session will explore common sources of student stress, including exams, academic pressure, career uncertainty, and adjusting to university life. You’ll leave with tools to stress better, stay focused and motivated, and use challenges as opportunities to support your academic and career success.
