You’ve put a lot of work into your degree and are starting to think about what comes next. But when it comes to the job search, questions around disability disclosure and accommodations can feel complicated and uncertain.

Join Career Advising and Professional Success (CAPS), the Access Centre for Students with Disabilities (ACSD), and industry professionals to learn how to navigate disability disclosure in a way that works for you. This session will explore if, when, and how to disclose, what employers can and can’t ask, and how to approach accommodation conversations with confidence. You’ll leave with practical tools, strategies, and a clearer understanding of your options so you can make informed choices throughout your job search.

Speakers :

Cynthia Del Vecchio, Employment Counsellor at AIM CROIT
