Project Management Basics - Online

 Throughout your studies and career, you will work on many different projects. It’s important to learn project management basics to organize your work and collaborate well with others. In this workshop, we will explore best practices for leading a project in a way that keeps everyone aligned on their goals while providing visibility on progress. At the end of the session, we will share information on project management certifications you can pursue to become an accredited project manager.
