When everything feels important, it can be difficult to know where to put your energy, or when to stop. This interactive coaching workshop invites students to pause, step out of autopilot and look at things from a different perspective. Rather than adding another productivity system to an already-full schedule, we'll explore how to identify what matters, recognize what is draining your energy, and make more intentional choices about where your time and attention go.

Through guided reflection and practical coaching exercises, students will explore the difference between urgent and important, busy and meaningful, and what you feel you "should" do versus what you genuinely choose.

Takeaways

  • A clearer understanding of what's currently consuming your time and energy
  • One or two priorities that genuinely matter to you
  • A simple framework for making more intentional choices
  • One small change you can make this week to move from overwhelmed → intentional
