This four-part skills group will run over four consecutive weeks. Each session focuses on different evidence-based skills for managing common emotional challenges faced by students and young adults. You’ll leave with actionable tools and have the opportunity to connect with peers, share strategies, and learn together in a confidential and supportive space.

While each session may be attended individually, you will gain the greatest benefit from attending all four.

Facilitators

Lisa Tomlinson (Psychotherapist) & Anda Dragomir (Psychologist)
