Join us for two live podcast recordings exploring the shifts and emerging trends that are reshaping retail. Hear directly from leaders working at the front lines of retail innovation and discover how people build careers and businesses while adapting to change!

Session 1: Executive Panel: The State of Retail (3PM–4PM)

Hear from Paula Macaggi, creator and host at OFFBounds, Mirna Saffouri, Vice President, Marketing & Digital Strategy at La Vie en Rose, and Nancy Bishai, Chief Legal Officer at BMHL Equities Inc. and Lamour Group on the biggest trends shaping retail today. Speakers will look at the role of technology, data, and human judgment in current retail, as well as discussing how people can get started on a career path in retail. Hosted by Richard Sejean, Lecturer at John Molson School of Business.

Session 2: Case Study: From the founders' POV (4PM–5PM)

Hear from Solene Thubert and Jules Trolet, Co-founders of Trolet about their journey, careers, and what it takes to adapt in today's retail landscape. Hosted by Michèle Paulin, Professor at John Molson School of Business.
