This workshop is part of the CTL's Teaching with Generative AI series.

Generative AI (GenAI) tools like Chat GTP can significantly enhance faculty’s ability to create targeted and effective assessments. This workshop focuses on leveraging GenAI to design three key assessment types: multiple choice quizzes, live polls, and adaptive cases for students to analyze.

During the workshop, participants will:

  1. Identify key features of effective assessment strategies.
  2. Identify ways they can use ChatGPT to help them develop these specific assessment types.
  3. Customize a pre-written prompt to generate assessments aligned with course objectives.
  4. Learn to create assessments that tailored to meet diverse student needs and interests.

Bring your laptop and your draft syllabus to this workshop.

*No experience using Generative AI is required for this workshop. Participants at all levels are welcome.
