Join Concordia psychologist Dr. Jade-Isis Lefebvre for an introduction to Self-Compassion.

In this workshop, Jade will introduce the concept of Self-Compassion, its benefits, and how to apply this approach to lead a more empowered life. You will also begin to explore the concept of the inner critic and its impact on your life, to embrace a more compassionate approach in your relationship with yourself. You will have time to ask questions, explore with peers, and discuss with Jade.

This event is part of Creative Connections and Campus Sustainability Month.

Dr. Jade-Isis Lefebvre is a psychologist at Concordia, where she meets with students individually, innovates wellness programming, creates content, offers workshops, and delivers wellness initiatives. Her doctoral research focused on self-compassion at work and since, she has integrated self-compassion and compassion focused practices in workshop formats and in her therapeutic approach.
