The Green Ecosocialist Network is hosting Degrowth: An Eco-Socialist Perspective

"DEGROWTH: An Eco-Socialist Perspective" brings together differing viewpoints on the best path forward, with the goal of moving the conversation from ideas to actions. This virtual discussion, hosted by the Green Eco-Socialist Network, features academics and activists directly engaged in shaping the vision for addressing the climate crisis.
Panelists include:
Andrew Ahern, a freelance writer and ecological organizer based in New England.
Dr. Bengi Akbulut, Associate Professor of Geography, Planning and Environment at Concordia University in Montreal.
Dr. Matthew T. Huber, Professor of Geography in the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University and author of "Climate Change as Class War: Building Socialism on a Warming Planet"
