INNOVATION & ENTREPRENEURSHIP MODULE

Congratulations, you landed your first user experience (UX) contract! It is now time to execute, and show your client value for their money. What you need to remember is this: it is all about listening, focusing on business goals and creating a collaborative process for your client to take action on those findings.

So, where do you start? In this workshop, I will walk you through the most important steps to conducting usability tests that produce results, mainly:

  • Understanding the business goals and writing a plan accordingly
  • Understanding if a usability test is a right fit
  • Deciding on the number of participants to test with and why
  • Effectively recruiting participants
  • Conducting the tests and delegating work
  • Involving the client to take ownership and action on the findings

Let’s learn together, so you become unstoppable at providing value for your clients.

Facilitator:
