Academic support

Online homework systems

These two online homework systems support your math courses by providing assignments, practice problems and review tools. 

  • Access codes: Included with textbook or available at the Bookstore (LB 103).
  • Mathematical questions: Contact your instructor.
  • Technical issues: Email mymathlab.mathstat@concordia.ca with your course, student ID, and a description of the problem.

Access: Go to the WeBWork site, select your course, and log in with your Netname (username) and student ID (password). Registration confirmation arrives via email within 48 hours—check your spam folder.

Mathematical questions: Contact your instructor.

Technical issues: Email webwork.mathstat@concordia.ca
with your course, student ID and a description of the problem.

Assignment extensions: Only possible for assignments not yet closed, and only if requested by the course instructor. Assignments cannot be reopened under any circumstances.

Midterm & final review assignments: These do not count toward your grade; they are for exam preparation only.

How to troubleshoot a common issue – ‘Expected token not present’:

  1. Sign out of Student Hub and retry WeBWork.
  2. Ensure your browser accepts third-party cookies.
  3. If needed, clear your browser cookies.
