Print products for faculty and staff: Order posters, business cards, marketing material and more using your Concordia department budget.

Faculty and Staff print ordering

Orders are charged to a Concordia budget code and require department approval. Most requests can be submitted through concordia.ca/printstore

Get access

To order online and at the Print Store, you must:

  • Be approved by your department Principal Investigator
  • Be linked to a valid budget code
  • Have access to the Print Store site

Missing a budget code?
Contact your department administrator.

Only the Principal Investigator (account holder) can grant access by completing the authorization form. Note: The system is not linked to Unity.

Order online

Once approved, you’re ready to place orders. 

How it works

  1. Log into concordia.ca/printstore with your Concordia netname and password.
  2. Select your product.
  3. Upload your print-ready file directly if you are ordering print products.
  4. Choose your budget code.
  5. Submit your order. Select on-campus pickup or delivery at checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email and order updates.

Document printing and finishing

High volume black and white or colour printing, including confidential printing. Easily add binding and finishing options to complete your project. 

File requirements

Submit print-ready files to avoid delays. Files must be final. We do not modify or correct submitted files.

Before sending your file, make sure to:

  • Save it as a PDF 
  • Set it to the correct final size 
  • Use high-resolution images, ideally 300 dpi 
  • Add bleed if your design goes to the edge of the page
