August 2, 2023
|

CREATE SE4AI and the Concordia Applied AI Institute invite you to participate in the Gender Equity Mentoring in Artificial Intelligence (GEMinAI) Program to empower and support women and gender non-conforming undergraduate and graduate students interested in AI.

Diverse group of young women brainstorming

This collaboration seeks to address gender inequity within AI-related professions by opening doors to networking opportunities and facilitating connections with future leaders in the AI industry. By volunteering as a mentor, you become part of a vibrant community of AI practitioners, researchers, and scholars.

The GEMinAI Program kicks off with a program launch and networking event this October, to bring mentors and mentees together. A wrap-up and storytelling event will be held in Spring 2024.  If you are interested in becoming a mentor in the GEMinAI Program, please submit this form

If you have questions or would like more details about the program, please e-mail: lindsay.rodgers@concordia.ca.
