CJ/PS/SP/RF/HU Buildings: Emergency power interruption - June 08, 22, 29, and July 15, 2026

To the users and occupants of the CJ/PS/SP/RF, and HU buildings,

A planned interruption of the emergency power  is SCHEDULED for Monday, 2026-06-08, Monday, 2026-06-22, Monday, 2026-06-29 as well as Wednesday 2026-07-15. This interruption is necessary to perform preventative maintenance including inspection of the generator required quinquennial maintenance.

• L- PS / Physical Services Building
•  L- SP / Science Complex
• L-RF
•  L-HU Applied Science Hub

General Information

• During these interruptions, emergency lighting and any equipment connected to emergency outlets that are not supported by an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) will be affected.
• Normal electrical power will not be affected by this maintenance.
• Generator maintenance will cause two 10-second emergency power interruptions.
