SGW & Loyola Campuses: Annual Building Audits - July 6 to end of August 2026

Dear Concordia Community,

Our annual Building Audits are scheduled to begin the week of 2026-07-06, and are expected to continue through the end of August. Auditors from the company Norda will be conducting the required visual inspections on behalf of the Ministère de l’Éducation du Québec. I will accompany them when necessary.

Buildings to be audited this year:

SGW Campus:

• S- FB / Faubourg Building
• S- GA / Grey Nuns Annex
• S- GN / Grey Nuns Building

Loyola Campus:

• L-HA / Hingston wing A
• L-HB / Hingston wing B
• L-HC / Hingston wing C
• L-JR / Jesuit Residence
• L- GE / Genomics Building
• L- RA / Rec & Athletics Building

These inspections are visual in nature and will assess both architectural and mechanical equipment. During the process, auditors may take photographs and place identification tags on certain mechanical components. All collected information will be compiled into a report to support Property Management in identifying and prioritizing future projects, ensuring Concordia’s buildings continue to be well maintained.
