FB and CL Buildings: Room Condition Survey regarding City Work on Sainte-Catherine Street – April 27, 2026.

To the users and occupants of the FB and CL buidings,

A planned survey of interior spaces is SCHEDULED for Monday, 2026-04-27, between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00.

 A survey is required in relation to the City of Montreal's ongoing work on Sainte-Catherine Street. The purpose of the survey is to document the current condition of rooms through photographs, in order to establish a record should any impact to the building occur as a result of the municipal work.

The survey will be carried out by a technician, accompanied by a Security agent. Access to various rooms throughout the buildings will be required for the purpose of taking photographs.

      • S-FB / Faubourg Building

      • S- CL Building (Concordia’s classrooms on top of Jean Coutu building)

 General Information

      • The survey is being conducted in connection with the City of Montreal's construction work on Sainte-Catherine Street.

      • The intent is to document the condition of interior spaces as a precautionary measure in case any impact occurs.

      • A technician will be on site, accompanied by a Security agent.

      • Access to various rooms will be required to carry out the photographic documentation.

      • Signage will be installed as needed to notify users of the survey activity.
