Temporary temperature fluctuations in the SGW library

Students are advised that there are currently elevated temperatures in the SGW library due to a crack in a coolant pipe located in a complex area of the building.

Facilities Management is actively working to secure a specialized contractor to complete the repairs as soon as possible. At this time, the expected repair timeline is approximately 2 to 4 weeks.

In the meantime, students are encouraged to:

• Dress in lighter layers to stay comfortable
• Bring water and stay hydrated. Bottles with closed lids are permitted in the library
