EV Building: Elevators service interruption - January 23, 2026 (07:00 - 16:00)

To the users and occupants of the Hall building,

A planned interruption of the Elevators Bank is SCHEDULED for Friday, 2026-01-23, between the hours 07:00 and 16:00. The Installation of barricades in the elevator hoistway pits is required for New RBQ Code Compliance .
 

Order of execution:

• North Bank 1 (ENCS tower) – Elevators 1-3 (2 barricades)
• South Bank 2 (ENCS tower) – Elevators 4-6 (2 barricades) –bank with freight
• South East Bank 3 (Fine Arts tower) – Elevators 8-9 (1 barricade)
   

Building

• S- EV / Engr, Comp. Sci. & Visual Arts Complex
   

General Information

•  One Elevator bank will be Out of Service at a time for approximately 2 hours.
•  For access from S2 and S3, while the  (ENCS tower –bank with freight) is Out of Service, please use the South East Bank 3 (Fine Arts tower) freight; the call button is on the Frame of the unit.
