GM Building: Construction work at metro level - January 20-23, 2026 (14:00-00:00)

To the users and occupants of the GM Building,

Planned construction work in the GM Building at the metro level, in the circulation area, is SCHEDULED to take place from Tuesday, 2026-01-20 until Friday, 2026-01-23, between the hours of 14:00 and 00:00 each day. This work is part of Project #23-006 (GM Deep Retrofit).

     • S- GM / Guy - De Maisonneuve Building

General Information

     • The work will be conducted by the contractors Réfection Phoenix and Johnson             Controls.
     • Work will take place in the ceiling space at the metro level.
     • The work zone will occupy approximately 5’ x 8’ and will be well identified and               cordoned off for the duration of the work.
     • Impacts on occupants and clientele will be minimal, including minor                               punctual noise.
     • Access to businesses will not be affected.
