AD/CC/GE/HA/HB/HC/HU/PC/PS/PY/RF/SP Buildings: Interruption of emergency power - December 01, 18, 2025 / January 28, and February 16, 2026

 To the Loyola University community,

A planned interruption of the emergency power  is SCHEDULED for Monday, 2025-12-01, Thursday, 2025-12-18, Wednesday, 2026-01-28, Monday, 2026-02-16. Preventative maintenance is required to inspect generator and Automated Transfer Switch (ATS) .

●        L-HC / Hingston wing C

●        L-HU / Applied Science Hub

●        L- PY / Psychology Building

●        L- SP / Science Complex

 General Information

●        During these interruptions, emergency lighting and any equipment connected to emergency outlets that are not supported by an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) will be affected.

●        Normal electrical power will not be affected by this maintenance.

●        Generator maintenance will cause two 10-second emergency power interruptions.

●        ATS Visual inspection will cause two 10-second or two 5-minute emergency power interruptions.
