RF Building: Replacement of medium temperature boilers (room 010) -Project 23-067 set to begin - September 29, 2025

To the users and occupants of the RF building,

A planned construction project to replace the medium-temperature boilers in the RF building’s mechanical room (010) is SCHEDULED to begin on Monday, 2025-09-29 at 06:30. The work is expected to be completed by the end of 2026.

General Information

• The building will remain open and accessible throughout the project.
• All existing heating equipment will stay operational during the project; there will be no impact on the community.
• When necessary, service interruptions and any work outside of the project area will be coordinated with users in advance to minimize disruptions.
• A construction trailer, toilet, and garbage container will be installed according to the plan.
• Movement of materials between the construction site and the container zone will be managed under the supervision of a designated signalman.
