VA Building: Partial interruption of ventilation system - September 23, 2025 (05:00 - 13:00)

To the users and occupants of the VA building,

A partial interruption of the ventilation system on the VA 2^nd floor is SCHEDULED to begin on Tuesday, 2025-09-23 between the hours of 05:00 and 13:00. The shutdown is required as part of the 20-017 VA post CATs renovation project.

General Information

●        Only the ventilation supply air on the VA 2^nd floor located on the corner of Rene Levesque / Bishop street will be affected.

●        The affected room numbers are: 215, 216, suite 212, 202, 204, 206, 208, 213, 211, 201, 205, 207, 209, 210, 234, 219, 221, 220, 218, 222

●        Exhaust/Return air will remain fully operational in the affected sector.

●        Minimal impact is expected partially because of next week’s forecasted temperatures.
