LB Building: Closure of the loading dock and noisy demolition - June 24, 2025

To the users and occupants of the LB Building,

A planned closure of the LB loading dock is SCHEDULED for all day Tuesday, 2025-06-24. This work is necessary to correct drainage issues at the dock that require total closure of that space to meet safety regulations. Please note that this will generator intense noise and vibrations throughout the LB building.

General Information

• Access to loading dock is going to be restricted to authorized workers.
• Freight elevator will shut off to avoid unauthorized access.
• Intense noise and vibrations will be felt throughout the LB Building.
