HC Building: Construction project to replace the roof - May 6, 2024 (07:00-16:00)

To the users and occupants of the HC Building,

The construction project ‘HC Replace Roof’ is set to begin on Monday, 2024-05-06. We anticipate the completion of this project by the end of August 2024. The timeline of this work is subject to weather conditions. Construction activities will take place daily between the hours of 07:00 and 16:00.

•   L- HC / Hingston Hall (Wing C)
   

General Information

        ●        Mechanical and electrical work will be done on the inside of the building.

        ●        HC-155 and HC-157 amphitheaters, H C corridor, HC-160, HC-163, HC-162, HC-164, HC-199 will be blocked during period of construction. There will be no access to those rooms.

        ●        The room HC-170 will not be blocked but coordination will be required to access the room.

        ●        Repair work will be done on all the roofs of the building.   

        ●        The perimeter of the construction site will be delimited by construction fences.

  ●        There will be no access to the HC loading dock.

•    Any change to the current schedule will be communicated in a timely manner.
