Facilities Management Labour Rate Changes as of May 1st, 2021

To the University Community,

Please be advised that as of May 1^st, 2021, Facilities Management’s hourly labour rates for billable services will be as follows:

• Architectural, Locksmith, Plumbing, Electrical & Mechanical: $54.00
• Distribution, Custodial & Grounds: $48.00
