Facilities Management Labour Rate Changes - May 1st, 2020

To the University Community,

Please be advised that starting today, Facilities Management’s hourly labour rates for billable services will be as follows:

• Architectural, Locksmith, Plumbing, Electrical & Mechanical: $51.00
• Distribution: $47.00
• Custodial & Grounds: $45.00

The above hourly rates represent the cost recovery for client requests that go beyond the University’s normal basic services.
