Facilities Management Labour Rate Changes - May 1st, 2018

To the University Community,

Please be advised that starting today, Facilities Management’s hourly labour rates for billable services will be as follows:

·         Architectural, Locksmith, Plumbing, Electrical & Mechanical: $42.00
·         Custodial, Distribution & Grounds: $37.00

The above hourly rates represent the cost recovery for client requests that go beyond the University’s normal basic services.
