LB Bldg. - Regulatory Facade Inspection - June 14-22, 2017

To the occupants and users of the LB Bldg.,

A planned regulatory inspection of our exterior facade of the LB building is scheduled for Wednesday, 2017-06-14, to  Thursday, 2017-06-22 between 7 am and 5 pm. This is a recurring inspection which is required every 5 years.

General Information

●      The work is being executed by an external firm of inspectors using climbing equipment who will be rappelling down the outside of the building. 

●      The inspection will include some sporadic noise (hammering/drilling) where inspectors are reviewing the state of different facade materials.

●      Sidewalk traffic will be redirected by personnel at the extremities of each work area.

●      Weather may have an impact on the advancement of the work. As such, changes to the schedule will be communicated as necessary.
