AD Bldg. - Power Shutdown Oct. 6 to 12, 2016

To the occupants and users of the AD Bldg.,

Please be advised that there will be a 5 day power shutdown in the AD Bldg. from Oct. 6 to 12, 2016 as per the following schedule:

·         Thurdsay October 6^th 11PM = Building closure and power interruption begins

·         Tuesday October 11^th 5 PM (approx.) = Power interruption ends

·         Tuesday October 11^th by 8 PM = All systems are returned to normal operations (overnight maintenance takes place)

·         Wednesday October 12^th 7AM (or whatever time the building usually opens) = AD building is returned to regular operation.

Only the AD building is affected by this interruption and will be out of bounds to anyone except the workers for safety reasons. Critical equipment has been listed and will be temporarily powered by another source.

Users of the AD building will be requested to turn off sensitive equipment (i.e. computers) and empty fridge of any perishable foods.
