SGW Annexes - Emergency staircase refurbishing project

PLEASE BE ADVISED

A Planned  renovation of the emergency exit staircases of the annexe’s  are SCHEDULED to start   Monday,  2016-04-25, between the hours of 7  am and 3:30  pm.  The work is expected to continue through to August 2016.   Corrective maintenance is required to refurbish the staircases .

General Information

●        Please use the front entrance for enter/exit the annexes

●        Please note that ALL emergency staircases will remain accessible, in the event of an emergency. .

●        Parking spots will be temporarily relocated based on the progress of the work.

●        The annexes that will be subjected to demolition, concreting, welding work and painting work are: CI,B, PR, X, RR EN, V, Z, S..

●        The annexes that will only have welding work and painting are: P, T, R, FA,X,K, D, MI

●        During the demolition work, the noise emitted may be inconvenient to the occupants.
