New DPrint one-stop printing system

Students, mark your calendar

DPrint will be transitioning to a new print management system, PaperCut, on Thursday, August 28. This change will provide students with a more flexible, user-friendly printing experience, with minimal impact on daily use.

Transition details

• System offline: Wednesday, August 27.
• Account balances: Funds from the old system will transfer automatically — no action needed.

New DPrint solution feature

• Easy access: Log into the portal with your Concordia Netname and password.
• One-stop portal: Add DPrint credits, submit and track jobs, view print history, access Web Print, check your balance, and more — all in one place.
• New for DPrint credits: In addition to refilling your print account online, you can now transfer credits to another student directly through the portal.
• Easy printing: Use Web Print to print directly from your laptop, phone, or tablet—no printer drivers or extra setup needed. Just upload your file and release it at any printer.
• Secure print release: Your print jobs remain private until you’re at the printer. Release them by swiping your Concordia student ID card or entering your student netname and password.

• Usage summary: Access a snapshot of your printing activity, including account balance, number of jobs, pages printed, and an environmental dashboard that estimates your impact (trees, CO₂, and energy saved).
