Two new directors join Concordia’s Volt-Age

Volt-Age is pleased to announce two important additions to its leadership team, further strengthening its capacity to support innovation and collaboration in the energy transition.

Carolina Mancini joins as Director of Operations. She brings over 15 years of experience in administration, governance, reporting and project management in institutional settings. Her past roles include positions at the Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre, the COVID-19 Immunity Task Force Secretariat and McGill’s Healthy Brains, Healthy Lives initiative. Mancini is a Concordia graduate with a BSc in cell and molecular biology and holds a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) designation.

Aniket Khade has been appointed Director of Technology. He is responsible for driving the program’s intellectual property and commercialization strategies and ensuring strong links between academic research and industry. With a technical background in clean energy, battery energy storage systems and IoT solutions, Khade has worked at Sony Corp., Hydro-Québec and Murata Manufacturing. He holds a Master of Technology in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay.

Together, Mancini and Khade bring valuable expertise to an already strong team and will play a key role in advancing Volt-Age’s mission to accelerate Canada’s clean energy transition.
