CUFA collective agreement extended for two years

The collective agreement between the university and the Concordia University Faculty Association (CUFA) has been extended until May 31, 2028. The Board of Governors approved on March 23 the extension of the collective agreement which was set to expire on May 31, 2026. CUFA members had voted in favour of the proposed two-year extension on March 5, 2026.

The extension of the collective agreement includes specific conditions for salary increases.

CUFA represents approximately 1,000 full-time faculty members and professional librarians at Concordia.
