The new event management system, MyEvents, will be operational on Monday, January 7 to book events on campus in venues that are managed by Hospitality Concordia.

“We are happy to make MyEvents and its many new features available to the community,” says Marie-Josée Allard, director, Hospitality Concordia. “MyEvents is a great system because it consolidates all event-related information. Users will find that the online resources will facilitate the event planning process.”

The new event management system replaces UBookIt and will be used to request all spaces managed by Hospitality Concordia.

MyEvents provides venue details and availability, immediate reservation summaries, built-in waiver forms, and the ability to order equipment and add services after a request has been submitted. Clients will also be able to follow the status of their request online.

Students can browse MyEvents, which will be found on the MyConcordia portal as of January 7, for information but booking officers will continue to book student-organized events.
